On July 5, 2026, CORINMAC completeset of 10tph(ton per hour)dry mortar production line equipment completedthe overall commissioning, full-item quality inspection before leaving the factory, and protective packaging for ocean shipping. It was successfully loadedinto four containersand shipped to Tanzania in East Africa to support local building materials production and infrastructure project construction.

The complete set of10tph dry mortar production lineequipmentshipped this time including all main equipment for raw material storage, batching and metering, material mixing, dry powder conveying, and finished product packaging, as well as electrical control system, pipeline fitting, and installation accessories. The entire production line is custom-designed for the local raw material conditions in Africa, adaptable to various sand, gravel, powder additive mixing operations, and can fully automate the entire process of batching, mixing, conveying, and finished product filling.

The entiremortar production lineis highly automated, operates stably and is easy to maintain, and is suitable for the high temperature and complex on-site conditions in Africa. The equipment layout is reasonable and the operation is simple, reducing the threshold for manual operation and greatly improving the production capacity and quality of dry-mixed mortar.
